When registering a new business, it is necessary to have a mobile OTP and email verification system because we are receiving many fake registrations daily.This system helps avoid false entries and unnecessary database utilization. Additionally, to prevent hackers from gaining access to the application, users must enter an SMS verification code to complete registration.

An invoice link shortening service is needed because the current invoice URL is too long to send via SMS.An ideal system would automatically provide a shortened URL, which would be the most efficient method.

The QR Code Catalogue Module currently lacks a Roles option.If there are multiple locations, a single user may need to manage this module without the ability to set roles. Please consider adding this feature.Additionally, businesses need to generate an online link for each location, such as a QR Catalogue, or implement this feature within the existing catalogue module.Customers should be able to order online, with each business having a dedicated POS screen or an online product list URL.Upon selecting products, customers can place orders at their exact location via Google Maps. An improved kitchen dashboard system is needed, featuring tabs for pending, confirmed, cooked, served, and paid orders.The current design of the kitchen order screen is extremely poor, requiring one to access each order individually.Unnecessary details such as price should be omitted; only the essential information displayed in the provided screenshot is necessary. Similarly, the Irestora Kitchen Order screen possesses a user-friendly interface, unlike the current UPOS which is not practical.

Sales returns and purchase returns are experiencing issues with unit selection.The return option should also include the ability to select the quantity to be returned, whether in boxes or pieces.

The sales payment report should reflect the payments received from customers, and the purchase payment report should show the payments made to suppliers.

When receiving payment, the receipt is often incomplete as it lacks details such as the invoice number and other important information.Therefore, I cannot provide the receipt to the customer.A proper receipt design with all the required information is needed.

Profit/Loss Report: The accuracy of cost pricing changes is in question.The problem occurs when there are adjustments in an item's cost and sales prices. For example, if an item's cost price is $10 and its sales price is $15, the profit margin is correctly reported as $5. However, if the cost price increases to $12 and the sales price to $17, the system erroneously calculates the profit margin.It should show a $5 profit, but it incorrectly uses the old cost price, indicating a $7 profit. This error could undermine the reliability of the profit figures reported in the profit and loss account.An investigation into this matter is necessary to ensure the accuracy of profit margin calculations.

It isn't easy for data entry like purchase &amp; sales on AD Format. So having both AD/BS will make the work easy for the transactions, especially for the reports. It is much needed and overall is good.

We need to make the sale return reflected in the pos register, right now it’s not working after returning the salesAlso, the return Invoice has many bugs, such as no tax calculation, design issues, incorrect customer ledger amounts when the return amount is unpaid, etc.

I am looking forward to having a mobile app for Play Store and Apple StoreIncluding features like<ol class="tight" data-tight="true"><li>Sales</li><li>Purchase</li><li>Expenses</li><li>Reports</li><li>Etc</li></ol>It would be great if we have <code>offline sync</code> feature so when we are offline we can still able to make sales/purchases and add expenses.

Mobile App

As a smartphone/laptop shop owners, it would be great to have an IMEI tracking number while making a purchase, not only while selling the actual product, Yes, we already have this feature but adding it while purchasing and not needing to do anything to scan and sell from POS would be a breeze for all of us.
