Owner management in payment account

A feature is required in the payment account to include 'Owner Management' options. Within the payment account, alongside 'Account Type' and 'Account List', there should be an 'Owner List' and an option to 'Create Owner'.

When depositing into any account, the 'Owner List' should appear in a dropdown menu, and there should be a withdrawal option along with a list showing which owners have withdrawn amounts.

The Owner Profile should display the following: Name, Phone Number, Address, Total Deposit, Total Withdrawal, Balance, and a column to View Ledger.
