Hide modules who has no access

If the user or business does not have access to a module or user roles, they should not be able to see the module options on the left side of the roles page.

Please address this issue by ensuring that the module is only visible if the business plan includes it.

Similarly, for users, if they have permission, then display the options; if not, do not show them.
