Expense limit trigger/warning

It is necessary to implement category-wise expense limitations on a yearly, monthly, or daily basis.

If an expense category exceeds the set limit, a warning should be issued and the system should prevent the input of a Sales Order Report.

This report should include all features similar to a product sales report.
