Delivery notes in sales order

There is a need for a delivery note option in the sales order process, as companies like Saudi Aramco and Sabic send sales orders that we input into our application.

Then, we provide the product delivery with a delivery note before issuing any invoice or payment. At this stage, they review and may return some products due to mismatches in quality, brand, or other discrepancies.

Once they accept the delivery, we can convert the sales order directly into a purchase order and then send this PO to the vendor as usual.

Therefore, two features are necessary: one, the sales order should include a delivery note option, and two, the sales order should be able to be directly converted into a purchase order.

This is the required scenario and its usage as explained above.
